Great!

This game feels a lot like the old Activision Pitfall game I used to play all the time. I loved that game, and this is just fun to play. The sound was so bland and horrible though. Couldn't you find some better songs to fit with the game?

Great stuff!

Nice work man! It's just as great as I thought it would be. That music just keeps swaying back and forth inside my head.

Eh....

I thought I was going to like it, I really did, but I found the whole thing incredible tedious and annoying to play. The atmosphere is nice, and reminded me of Cave Story, but the gameplay itself was never fun. I loved collecting and searching games, and I think I could have gotten into the races too, but the race tracks were a little too random to be predictable enough to practice for, and the collecting levels were just horrible, like that pigs can fly game where I didn't feel like I could get anywhere and became incredibly frustrated. The controls were too unwieldy for the type of precision you were asking for.

Hell, I thought I'd at least finish the story, but I couldn't even progress on the last Mel level. Sorry, but this is just not fun...

WOW!

Now, I'll preface this by saying I haven't played much yet, and I'm not sure how much I will, but this game is amazing! It's complex, sophisticated and progressive in nature, while managing to be extremely intuitive, which is one of the hardest and most time-consuming things to do. It's just the peak of professional presentation and polish (oooh, I'm so excited you have me spewing alliterations) and it's just really refreshing to see something in flash made so well.

An obvious 10, even though I'm not sure I'll play it much. The great thing, though, is that it has so much to it, you can just spend a few minutes scrolling through and listening to the songs people made in the comments if that's all you want to do, or you can make all your own songs and go on tour with them.

Awesome!

This is a really cool game. It's simple, with intuitive controls, yet manages to be different. The graphic style was really cool, and it was difficult enough without being frustrating. Great work, I played all the way through.

Broke the cardinal rule....

Controls shouldn't make the game hard, the game-play should. The controls here are too unconventional to be fun.

Nice work!

I remember a while back you were talking about this on FGL. I wasn't expecting it to be a puzzle game from the graphics, but it was actually a lot of fun. Nice work!

Thanks Kajenx! I actually was motivated somewhat indirectly by William and Sly.

lol

For a silly current events parody, it was actually pretty fun! :3

Thanks!

Eh...

I liked the idea, but the objects were irrelevant to the actual picture, and were ghosted in. I'd rather they were hidden in plain sight, like Where's Waldo. The art was okay though, and it was nice to have some cutscenes.

Good Game

I played through the first one earlier, and now I've been playing through this one. It's a funny game, but also rather frustrating. I've never lasted this long in a game with random battles, so that's a plus, but they're still frustrating as hell though.

The random boss battle with the heroes really pissed me off too, that just wasn't fun. I was going to give up, but I tried again and made sure to get rid of the healer first, then it was a little easier.

Overall a really well made game, you did a good job. I just lost fighting the zombie lady, so I'll try that again later. I have a feeling that's the end of this chapter but I don't want to fight her again right now.

Also, I never did use the blocking and attack helpers, it just felt clunky.
