Hmm

This game was pretty fun, and I got most of the medals, but I didn't love the structure of it. Starting over a bunch of times isn't all that fun, and after a while that part of it just became a chore. I didn't bother trying to defeat "lightning" because I didn't like the idea of restarting again. I think more of a money bonus at the beginning might have made it more fun. It wouldn't have lasted as long, but there really isn't a ton there to begin with, so I think you might have just overshot on your estimate of the replay value.

Fascinating!

This game was so fun! I loved watching the board change and move. It reminded me a lot of grow, except with mini golf. :3

I had a little trouble figuring out the controls in the very beginning. I thought I had to click and drag for the arrow and ended up doing about 4 shots before I realized the arrow was just always there. I also wondered how many hits I'd made and finally figured out that it displayed when you moved far away from the ball. So if you do another one a few interface tweaks might make that clearer. I figured it out fast enough tho, so no worries.

Nice

This was rather fun for a while. :)

Hmm...

I liked the concept, but the gameplay was kinda choppy with all the level switching, and a little diddly with all the micromanagement. The guns should really just fire automatically and let you aim them if need be. The game would have been more fun if it was progressive and I could keep making a bigger tank, but it seemed like every level was just starting over.

Hmmm...

I stopped playing after the second area because the level design wasn't very fun. My fingers started to hurt because I was straining with every jump. My philosophy with platformers is that the game should be lyrical. Playing a good platformer is like dancing or drumming your way through the level. This just involved a lot of waiting for a glide to land just right using a somewhat loose control scheme.

The atmosphere was nice, but there are a lot of games that have done the same thing, so it didn't feel very new to me. I liked the story snippets you did. I wish the game was more fun because I was interested to see where it went.

Awww

I'm sad, it didn't save my medals. :(

Anyway, the game is pree fun. I got bored sitting through each movie for the tenth time trying to get all the metals though. I think after watching each once, either a short version or a skip option would have been nice.

Yeah maybe. And the medals saved to your account at least.

No...

Not so fun. I ragequit pretty quick.

Ugh...

The game wasn't exactly horrible, but the occasional mountainous spikes in the difficulty eventually make me quit. I've said this many times before: difficult controls do not make a game fun. Difficulty in a game should be made through strategy or level design, and even then people rely too much on difficulty to make a game "addicting" rather than fun.

The graphics were kinda cool. It's one of the first 3D games I've seen in flash that actually runs. It was used in a nice way too. The filters obscured what I'm sure was a rather ugly and rudimentary setup (I don't blame you for it, it's not like flash can do any better right now). Honestly, the game was kinda fun when I could just wander a bit. I think if you focused less on platforming/mazing style challenges and added some sort of story the game could be much more interesting. The simpler challenges didn't bother me. Up till level 8 I was having fun. Then it felt like one of those horrible Operation style mouse mazes.

Also, artsy game or not, you should always tell people the controls in game at the start. Maybe you could have painted it on the wall or sommat.

Well, naw...

This kind of game is just old meme at this point, I think. The disembodied, derisive, cynical voice especially. I've never actually played portal, but at this point I'm pretty sure I'd hate it due to over referencing in every flash game made around the time it came out.

The controls were pretty bad too. All swishy and sloppy. A platfomer needs tight reactive controls. In spite of that, though, the game wasn't very difficult or puzzley. That isn't really a bad thing, but there wasn't much to carry the game besides gameplay, and the gameplay wasn't really there.

ARGH!!

Alright, I commend you for branching out and making some actual gameplay in this one (and I loved how seamlessly it all fit together with the animated parts) but for the love of god, the controls are so god damned slippery I wanted to kill someone on the BP level. I realized later on that I could skip, but damn it, I was feeling stubborn and probably wouldn't have anyway.

Great game though. It's seriously a lot of fun to go through it. Aww, I can't take a star off. Well, maybe I can. Yeah, I'm gonna.
