Cool game!
It was a really nice game, simple but elegant. I was a little dissapointed on some of the shapes, though. It seemed like I was trying to guess what sort of object the shape was supposed to be, rather than what it looked like.

yeah I agree it can be a bit frustrating
Pretty good
It was an alright game. It ran really slowly for me though, and it didn't play very well. I normally really like platform games but this was just OK...
Nice job on the 3D engine, but I don't think flash is ready for 3D yet. Even the most modest attempts are still too slow...
You might want to check your code where it looks at your flash player version too. The first time I played it told me to get the latest version, which I have, and use firefox. In case you didn't know, firefox runs flash slower than IE because the plugin limits CPU, so that's probably not the best thing to tell people. I restarted the game and it worked, though.
Interesting. The game tends to run much slower in IE for me than on firefox. Also the issue with the error thing is something I can't solve for the moment.
Also there is no code that checks the players version of flash. The error message pops up because the code which loads the level failed to execute. I assumed it was due to the user's browser or version of flash. But it seems that is not the problem.
Sorry to anyone else who is experiencing this inconvenience.
LOL
People don't seem to realize you're making fun of the "Poke Solid Snake" game that somehow go through the portal with a 2.56. I'll give you a 10 just for that.
Mediocre
It was alright, but I found it to be too complicated with little substance. It moved too slowly to keep my attention for very long. Same could be said for the graphics and sounds, they were functional, but somewhat bland.
Overall, a nice effort, though.
Thanks for the feedback. Next time we make a side scroller, we will be sure to complicate the levels. Thanks.
Eh...
It was okay, but nothing new.
Thats true, though I kinda did mention that in my title. Its Pong ;)
Eh...
It was too mindless to be all that fun. I didn't feel like I was doing anything. I think if the play area was bigger, the rows came faster, and there were some more special blocks, then I would feel like there was a strategy to it...
Once you get to lvl 10 on hard you get yellow blocks, thats when you have to start thinking ahead, and fast.
Not bad.
This is a nice idea, and I enjoyed playing it. I didn't play for very long though, because it was a bit slow. By the time I got to the sea floor, it seemed like most of my fuel was already gone, and if I went down more than one "room" in the coral, it would be near impossible to get to the surface. I realize the upgrades will speed this up later in the game, but I didn't like the prospect of going up and down 3 or 4 times before I can really get into it.
I had to agree with you on this one .. the game is a bit slow at the beginning .
but as soon as you equip your submarine with torpedos and better engines it is much more fun.
Eh...
It was like adventure quest. Except that game is pretty terrible and this is alright. I'm not a big fan of endless turn-based fighting games, but at least the menus in this were intuitive.
As a game it wasn't awesome (I didn't play too far into it, so I can't judge more than the first 10 minutes), but as an example of good interface design, this is FTW all the way.
Hey thanks. I've always wanted to make a nice interface.
I'm sorry that you didn't like the turn based style fighting. BUT! Do give it another chance! The permutation of spells and abilities REALLY starts to get crazy later on. You'll have a 5 man team to choose from, and you can equip all of them, and choose how their AI behaves. The bosses all need different tactics to beat, and in the final zone, there is a time limit to put on some more pressure.
Towards the end, you're given less and less room to make mistakes, and the pressure really makes up for the lack of action I believe. Thanks though! Seeya!

Pretty bad...
Uh, yeah, it's kind of nice to see a few tricks, but this doesn't really tell why anything happens and flies around so fast I had no idea what was going on. It could be very helpful if you spent some time on it and explained this out. As it is, I don't think I can do much with it...
Well, if you explore what you did, and experiment with the tools, then you should be able to understand it.
The point is that it's useful for everyone. The newbs learn by the beginning, where I guided you through everything. The experienced users learn a new trick, sidechaining.
No explainations.
When making a tutorial, it's bad to just tell people to copy and paste code. They aren't going to learn a thing.
they can always look through the code and try editing it if they wanted to learn
