Procedurally generated?
No, but it's constructed out of "leaf orbs" and I'm working on making some code to generate canopy. It's actually really easy to extend the editor in Unity. I made a ray tracer that will rotate the orbs to shade them. They have all their normals facing the same direction, so they look light or dark depending on their rotation.
