I like the style, It reminds me of Runescape. The puffy mesh of leaves does a good job at creating density while being minimal at the same time. By the way your grass texture looks really seamy if you know what I mean. Consider using a larger texture or breaking it up more.

The one on the ground? Yeah I didn't spend any time on that yet, haha. You know what I'd really love - TILES! I don't know what the deal is with this texture splat nonsense, TBH... You can only really have 4 for the whole terrain, and it all blurs together. That's just a silly way to do it.
